These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of streamondiale.com (the "Site") and the products sold on it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

The Site sells two kinds of digital goods:

  • Streaming access codes — time-limited activation codes for a live TV streaming service, delivered by email within 1–24 hours of confirmed payment.
  • Digital products — code templates and developer resources, delivered as a download link by email within 1–24 hours of confirmed payment.

2. Orders & delivery

  1. 1.An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment provider.
  2. 2.Delivery happens by email to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct, reachable email address.
  3. 3.If your delivery has not arrived within 24 hours, contact support — we will resend it or refund you under our refund policy.

3. Acceptable use

  • Codes and downloads are for personal use on your own devices. Reselling, sharing, or publicly redistributing them is prohibited and voids your access without refund.
  • You agree to comply with the laws applicable in your country of residence, including copyright law. You are responsible for verifying that your use of the service is lawful where you live.
  • Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or the Site is prohibited.

4. Digital product licenses

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, purchased templates and resources come with a license to use them in personal and commercial projects, including client work. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves as-is.

5. Availability & changes

Content line-ups, channel availability, and third-party app compatibility can change over time and are not guaranteed to remain identical throughout your plan. We work continuously to keep quality and availability high.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site and its services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
