We collect as little personal data as possible — this page explains exactly what we store and why.
1. What we collect
- Order data: your name, email address, the plan or product you bought, the amount paid, and payment status. We need this to deliver your purchase and provide support.
- Payment data: payments are processed by PayPal (or the provider shown at checkout). We never see or store your card number. We only receive a payment confirmation and transaction reference.
- Support conversations: if you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, we see the messages you send us.
2. What we do NOT collect
- No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
- No browsing history, no device fingerprinting.
- No data brokering — we never sell or rent your data to anyone.
3. How long we keep data
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and support, then deleted. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time (see section 5).
4. Where data lives
Order data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) on servers in the EU/US under standard contractual safeguards. Emails are delivered through our email provider.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- 1.Show you the data we hold about you.
- 2.Correct it.
- 3.Delete it (unless we are legally required to keep an accounting record).

6. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
