Refund Policy

Our refund policy is deliberately simple.
Streaming access codes
- If your activation code doesn't work and our support team can't fix it within 24 hours of your report — you get a full refund, no questions asked.
- If the service becomes permanently unavailable during your paid period, you are refunded pro-rata for the unused time.
- Refunds are not available for reasons unrelated to the service (for example: you changed your mind after activation, your internet connection can't sustain streaming, or your country blocks the service and a VPN is not an option for you). Ask for the free 24h test before buying to rule these out.
Digital products (templates & resources)
- Because source code and files cannot be "returned", digital product sales are final once the download link has been delivered.
- Exception: if the delivered files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product page description and we cannot fix it within 72 hours, you get a full refund.
How to request a refund
- 1.Contact support via the contact page from the email you ordered with.
- 2.Include your order reference (in your confirmation email).
- 3.Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The best refund is the one you never need: ask on WhatsApp for a free 24-hour test before buying, and check everything works on your device and connection first.
