Refund Policy

Our refund policy is deliberately simple.

Streaming access codes

  • If your activation code doesn't work and our support team can't fix it within 24 hours of your report — you get a full refund, no questions asked.
  • If the service becomes permanently unavailable during your paid period, you are refunded pro-rata for the unused time.
  • Refunds are not available for reasons unrelated to the service (for example: you changed your mind after activation, your internet connection can't sustain streaming, or your country blocks the service and a VPN is not an option for you). Ask for the free 24h test before buying to rule these out.

Digital products (templates & resources)

  • Because source code and files cannot be "returned", digital product sales are final once the download link has been delivered.
  • Exception: if the delivered files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product page description and we cannot fix it within 72 hours, you get a full refund.

How to request a refund

  1. 1.Contact support via the contact page from the email you ordered with.
  2. 2.Include your order reference (in your confirmation email).
  3. 3.Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The best refund is the one you never need: ask on WhatsApp for a free 24-hour test before buying, and check everything works on your device and connection first.
